If
you are new to Yoga - this course will introduce you to the fundamentals
of Ashtanga Yoga. It will build stamina, flexibility, awareness of
movement and breath sychronisation which is the key feature of this
powerful form of yoga.
There
is a little more information regarding the practice of Ashtanga Yoga

gained so much.
