Sessions
are designed to teach how to use the breath to stay centred in the
midst of a physically challenging sequence. The sessions are especially
suited to athletes as the ability to stay calm in physically demanding
situations is important to making good decisions.
The
body is taken through its full range of movement in a continuous flowing
sequence lengthening and strengthening key muscles of the body. Core
muscles are strengthened as they are highlighted as the foundation
of all the postures and sequences.
Unlike
many other yoga systems reular attendance increases strength in both
external and core muscles resulting in a balanced, lean and sculptured
body.
