A
dynamic and challenging session to improve flexibility, strength and
stamina. Visualisation, breathing and relaxation techniques are used
to make this the complete body and mind workout.
The
body is taken through its full range of movement in a continuous flowing
sequence, lengthening and strengthening key muscles of the body. Core
muscles are strengthened as they are highlighted as the foundation
of all the postures and sequences.
Unlike
many other yoga systems regular attendance increases strength in both
external and core muscles resulting in a balanced, lean and sculptured
body.
These
sessions are suitable to join at any time whatever your level of experience
- modifications are suggested for all postures.
