WHEN AND WHY DID YOU START PRACTICING YOGA?
About 3 yrs ago, my friend Gill dragged me along after ParkRun one Saturday morning promising me it would be amazing and would improve my running - She was right on both counts!
HOW HAS YOGA CHANGED YOU?
It has made me stronger and more flexible.
SOMETIMES IT CAN BE DIFFICULT TO TURN UP TO SESSIONS. WHAT INSPIRES YOU TO KEEP PRACTICING?
I do sometimes find it difficult to attend due to work or other commitments. I know how much I benefit physically from attending so if I can squeeze in a session - I will
HOW DOES PRACTICE HELP YOU IN YOUR CHOSEN SPORT AND WORK?
Robs Dynamic Balance sessions have massively benefited my running. I feel more physically resilient and recover from long runs really well and have avoided (serious) injury (touch wood!) Work wise, I feel it helps me stay focused and helps me to maintain my work life balance.
