Utplutih (उत्प्लुतिः, Utplutiḥ) = uprooting.

WHEN AND WHY DID YOU START PRACTICING YOGA?

I started with yoga at age of 17-18. When I started, I was mainly looking for good workout and stretching, but later yoga started to mean more than that to me.

HAS YOGA CHANGED YOU – IF SO IN WHICH WAY?

It did, not only in a physical way (being more flexible and stronger) but also helped me to be more internally balanced and therefore happier in general.

SOMETIMES IT CAN BE DIFFICULT TO TURN UP TO SESSIONS. WHAT INSPIRES YOU TO KEEP PRACTICING?

For me regular attendance is a key thing for improvement. It's nice to progress and get into new postures. I also like the improvement in breathing, it helps me in many ways at the class and outside the class.

HOW DOES PRACTICE HELP YOU IN YOUR CHOSEN SPORT AND/OR WORK?

I'm a passionate climber so improvement in flexibility and strength (mainly core strength) comes in very useful. My after-climb routine involves quite a lot of yoga - it's great for preventing injuries. Workwise - I am practitioner of Tui na massage (Traditional Chinese Medicine) - yoga really helps me a lot to clear out any residual energies, so much needed.

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR PRACTICE IN 3 WORDS? Energy, balance, Workout (& great social event).
