Not only does yoga help you achieve flexibility in your body it also allows you to spread your 6 sessions over a 12 weeks period. This means that if you are ill or on holiday, you don't have to worry about turning up every week.
You should however aim to attend at least 1 session per week to reap the rewards of a consistent practice.
6 sessions = £50*
Students and unemployed = £40*
Beginners 10 week course £80 (concessions £60)
Trial Session = £7.50 (Students £5)
Drop In= £9.50
MAT FEE £1
Payments (apart from the beginners course) permit attendance at all Ashtanga and Dynamic Balance sessions (subject to available spaces).
Please don't let financial limitations prevent you from attending.
Further concessions are available if your circumstances don't allow payment of the above fees.
